Lately, on the designers industry, AI is a changing factor where Figma were a big player, and now we don't know where its going to be in 2 years.
So, we can say that anyone with some time and willing to, can learn everything, but what we can do when we don't have any more space in our heads to learn something new.
Learn To Forget
Then, it's when this part of the quote enters the game: Learn to forget - Like you did with that piece of cake you eat before the icecream when you were doing that diet - Learn to forget those old and maybe not that optimum behaivour, tools or processes.
It's time for us designers to make the jump forward.
