The art of using different hats 🧢
How design has impacted my approach to different industries, cultures, problems and how I used it on my favor.
What i mean when i talk about "hats"
On the process to design a better solution, as de Product Designer, I need to
get involved in the industry i will design the solution for.
Doing a good research is the best trigger to a great solution in designing digital experiences.👒
So, for example, if I need to work on a health app that solve problems for people with psoriasis for example,
I need to put my health "hat", if i need to work on a new digital wallet for the Latinoamerican market, i need to put my
"consumer" hat, and so on...
So I can say design put me on places where i have to inverstigate and become different Nicos for different solutions.

What's the challenge?
Jumpiong from a project to other is always a challenge for every designer. learning something new, talking with different type of users with a lot of different needs and backgrounds is always pretty nutritious. It's related to something I wll talk in another post, the gift of learning to leran, or learning to forget. But pss... read that article 👑
My advice
If you face same projects and challenges like this one, my recommendation will be: face it as a child and play. Enjoy discovering and absord the most knowledge you can. It will be helpfull by the end of the process. 🎓
